This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to the music promotion and marketing services provided by The Sky Music (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. OUR SERVICES
The Sky Music provides music promotion and marketing services, including playlist promotion, radio promotion, music pitching, PR, digital marketing and related promotional services.
The exact service provided depends on the campaign selected by the client.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and promote the music, artwork and other materials you provide to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and materials submitted to The Sky Music are accurate and do not infringe the rights of others.
3. CAMPAIGNS
Campaigns typically begin within 5–7 days after payment and receipt of all required information.
Most campaigns run for approximately 2–6 weeks and may take up to 60 days to fully complete, depending on the campaign and circumstances.
Campaign timing may be affected by third-party platforms, playlists, curators, radio stations, media outlets and other external factors.
4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All prices and campaign details are provided before purchase.
If you believe a campaign has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us at contact@theskymusic.com.
Where a campaign includes a specific delivery target and that target is not achieved within the applicable campaign period, we will review the campaign and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.
5. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Music promotion depends on third-party platforms, curators, media outlets and audience response.
Unless specifically stated in the purchased campaign, we do not guarantee specific streams, followers, playlist placements, radio plays, press coverage or other results.
6. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of your music and materials.
You grant The Sky Music permission to use the materials you provide only as reasonably necessary to deliver and promote your campaign.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
You may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized activity.
The Sky Music does not provide or guarantee fake streams, fake followers or artificially generated engagement.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our services may involve third-party platforms, playlists, radio stations, curators and media outlets.
We are not responsible for changes to their policies, algorithms, availability or decisions.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, The Sky Music is not responsible for losses or results caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by third-party services.
10. CHANGES & TERMINATION
We may update these terms or suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary.
Continued use of our services after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
